Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business change management strategies, frameworks, governance models, and transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead end to end change management activities, including change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training, readiness assessments, adoption strategies, and post implementation support
- Collaborate with Project Management, Business Analysis, Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, Product Management, Communications, Finance, and Executive Leadership to deliver successful transformation initiatives
- Conduct organizational impact assessments to identify risks, dependencies, resistance, and opportunities associated with business change
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to build alignment, encourage adoption, and promote organizational readiness
- Create and deliver communication materials, training programs, workshops, user guides, and awareness campaigns to support change initiatives
- Establish governance processes for change management, benefits realization, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including stakeholder engagement, adoption rates, training effectiveness, project readiness, employee satisfaction, benefits realization, and change success metrics
- Support digital transformation, process improvement, organizational restructuring, system implementations, mergers and acquisitions, and operational excellence initiatives
- Identify and address organizational resistance while providing coaching and guidance to leaders, managers, and project teams throughout the change lifecycle
- Leverage change management methodologies, project management tools, collaboration platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and analytics tools to monitor progress and measure outcomes
- Prepare executive reports, transformation dashboards, business impact assessments, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Project Management, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Master's degree or professional certifications such as Prosci, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, or equivalent are advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business change management, organizational development, project management, business transformation, or related roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing organizational change initiatives, transformation programs, or cross functional teams preferred
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, organizational design, and business transformation
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, digital transformation initiatives, process improvement, or organizational restructuring projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, project management software, collaboration platforms, workflow tools, and analytics applications
- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple transformation initiatives while balancing organizational priorities, employee engagement, business continuity, and project objectives
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments
