- Drive occupancy and revenue across business centers by identifying prospects, managing sales pipeline, conducting tours, and closing agreements
- Nurture client relationships and provide high quality customer service
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with operations and marketing teams
- Track performance metrics and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Conduct market research and participate in networking events
- Contribute to sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and client satisfaction

Role Description
- The Business Center Sales Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving occupancy and revenue across BizCity's business centers.
- Tasks include identifying prospects, managing sales pipeline, conducting tours, closing agreements, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, coordinating with teams, tracking metrics, and maintaining CRM records.
- The role also involves market research, networking events, and contributing to sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong business management skills including center operations oversight, pipeline management, and strategic planning.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, forecast demand, and identify growth opportunities.
