- Generate new leads and identify potential clients for business center offices
- Promote and lease business center office solutions and related services
- Conduct office viewings and client meetings
- Handle client negotiations, proposals, and closing of leasing deals
- Manage the complete leasing process from inquiry to agreement signing
- Follow up with existing clients for renewals and additional requirements
- Manage online listings, inquiries, and lead conversion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly leasing and revenue targets
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in business center leasing, real estate leasing, or similar sales role
- Strong knowledge of Dubai office leasing market
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Target oriented and self motivated
