Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations professionally
- Handle daily office administration and documentation
- Manage tenant inquiries, renewals, and provide excellent tenant support
- Promote and market vacant offices to prospective tenants
- Coordinate office viewings and assist in leasing activities
- Follow up with potential clients and work towards maximizing office occupancy
- Maintain tenant records and office occupancy reports
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Liaise with contractors and service providers for maintenance and operational requirements
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and business correspondence
- Prepare administrative reports and maintain business center records
- Coordinate with Finance Department regarding tenant payments, receipts, invoices
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is mandatory
- Previous experience in a Business Center or Serviced Office environment is a significant advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Arabic speaking candidates will have an added advantage

Job Overview
