Responsibilities
- Support daily financial and business operations, including accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements
- Help analyze business performance and contribute to tax planning activities
- Support strategy development for client growth
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams and communicate with clients to clarify requirements and provide updates
- Handle basic customer service inquiries and ensure timely responses
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Strong Finance and Business skills to support accounting, financial reporting, performance analysis, and strategic planning
- Well developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with tax regulations (e.g., VAT and corporate tax) and experience using accounting or ERP software beneficial
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving
