Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business architecture strategies, governance frameworks, standards, and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Define and maintain enterprise business capability models, value streams, operating models, organizational structures, and business architecture artifacts
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Strategy, Product Management, Information Technology, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Risk, and Executive Leadership to support transformation initiatives
- Analyze business capabilities, operating models, customer journeys, and business processes to identify optimization opportunities and strategic priorities
- Lead business architecture assessments, capability maturity evaluations, gap analyses, and target state operating model development
- Support enterprise transformation, digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions, organizational redesign, and strategic change initiatives
- Facilitate business process improvement, process standardization, and business capability mapping across functional areas
- Establish governance processes for business architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles, business strategy, and organizational priorities
- Develop business cases, impact assessments, capability roadmaps, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business capability maturity, process efficiency, transformation outcomes, customer value, and operational performance
- Utilize enterprise architecture frameworks, business modeling tools, process mapping software, analytics platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and collaboration tools to support business architecture initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement through data driven decision making, innovation, automation, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, business analysis, strategy, process improvement, or digital transformation
- At least 2 years of experience managing business architecture initiatives, enterprise transformation programs, or cross functional teams preferred
- Strong understanding of business architecture principles, capability modeling, value streams, operating models, enterprise architecture, business process management, and organizational design
- Experience with enterprise architecture repositories, business modeling tools, BPM platforms, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and collaboration platforms
- Familiarity with TOGAF, BIZBOK, Agile methodologies, Lean principles, change management, cloud transformation, and digital operating models is advantageous
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise initiatives while balancing business priorities, technology alignment, governance, and organizational change
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments
