As the Campus Solutions Degree Audit Specialist, you will serve as the functional expert responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the Campus Solutions Degree Audit module. You will translate curriculum approved through university governance into system logic, ensure degree audits accurately reflect academic requirements, develop reports that support decision-making, and collaborate with campus partners to continuously improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the university's degree audit system.
This role blends analytical thinking, technical configuration, collaboration, quality assurance, and customer support. You will work closely with academic units, the Office of the Registrar, Information Technology, and other campus partners to ensure Campus Solutions Degree Audit remains accurate, efficient, and aligned with university policy.
Position Responsibilities:
Build and Maintain Campus Solutions Degree Audit
Configure, maintain, and enhance the Campus Solutions Degree Audit module for undergraduate and graduate academic programs.
Translate approved curriculum and academic policies into accurate system logic and functional requirements.
Implement curriculum changes approved through the University Committee on Curriculum (UCC) and other academic governance processes.
Ensure Campus Solutions Degree Audit accurately evaluates student progress toward degree completion.
Ensure Quality and Accuracy
Develop and execute functional test plans for degree audit changes, system enhancements, and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) releases.
Validate degree audit functionality following PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) updates and other system enhancements.
Develop reports that monitor audit accuracy, curriculum implementation, and operational effectiveness.
Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies affecting degree audit accuracy.
Maintain documentation for degree audit configuration, business rules, testing procedures, and functional specifications.
