About the Role
REOMNIA is seeking a freelance Business Development Partner to grow consulting and executive search services across the GCC. The role involves outbound sales, relationship building with senior decision-makers, and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, LinkedIn, email and networking
- Build relationships with senior decision makers
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs
- Qualify business opportunities
- Present services and value proposition
- Coordinate handover for strategic discussions, proposals and project kick offs
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B business development
- Min 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience selling consulting, HR solutions, professional services or similar offerings
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Confidence engaging with C level executives and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and a results driven approach
- An existing GCC network is a strong advantage
- Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
