Job Overview
The Digital Solutions and Innovation team within Citi Internal Audit Innovation is seeking a Data Analytics Manager for its Analytics Centre of Excellence.
The team identifies opportunities, designs and implements analytics for audit activities, and develops automation to improve efficiency and audit coverage.
The role combines analytics technology, data engineering, AI-driven tools, banking processes, risk frameworks, and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply audit analytics across planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
- Define data needs and execute analytics in accordance with Internal Audit methodology and professional standards.
- Develop and execute automated routines that enhance audit testing.
- Own selected analytics activities from data sourcing through final insight delivery.
- Assist audits across Consumer Banking, Investment Banking, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Technology.
- Build relationships with audit, technology, and business teams to identify opportunities and source data.
- Communicate analytics requirements, methodologies, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Recommend enhancements and promote continuous improvement in audit automation activities.
