Role Overview
SE Health is undertaking a multi-year enterprise transformation using human-centered design, new platforms, and cloud-native architectures.
This is an experienced Workday Business Analyst role focused on Learning and Talent Management modules.
The contract is for 9–12 months and supports the HR Transformation and Solutions team through go-live, stabilization, and user adoption.
Work Arrangement
- This is a hybrid role based in Markham, Ontario.
- Occasional travel is required for in-person meetings two to three times per month or when needed for project support.
Business Analysis Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for Workday Learning, Performance Management, Goals, and Career and Development modules.
- Design future-state processes and workflows with Learning and Development and Talent stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, process mapping sessions, and design reviews.
- Support Workday configuration, content management, and learning assignment rules.
- Lead UAT, testing, and defect triage for the Learning and Talent workstream.
- Design learning journeys, curricula, and talent development pathways.
