TAO Digital Solutions seeks an experienced Business Analyst for an Intune program, a high-visibility Zero Trust initiative focused on Conditional Access enforcement. You will partner with security, compliance, and engineering teams to translate security objectives into business processes.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Security, Compliance, Enterprise Platforms, EUC Engineering, and line of business stakeholders across multiple countries
- Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements
- Coordinate pilot programs and support global rollout readiness
- Operationalize the intake process for new compliance policies
- Design and establish Day 2 operating models, support frameworks, and governance structures
- Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and governance documentation
- Support production rollouts and ensure smooth operational handoffs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology, security, endpoint management, or identity and access domains
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and device compliance
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process design, and documentation
- Experience supporting pilot programs, production rollouts, and transition to operations
- Strong communication skills with ability to work across global teams

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Intune program, a high visibility Zero Trust initiative focused on Conditional Access enforcement based on Windows device patching compliance.
- This role will play a critical part in translating security and compliance objectives into scalable and executable business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Security, Compliance, Enterprise Platforms, EUC Engineering, and line of business stakeholders across multiple countries.
