Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis and solution design for Fixed Income products including bonds, derivatives, and exotics
- Work directly with Sales, Traders, Business Managers, and Department Heads to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Demonstrate strong understanding of front to back trade lifecycle
- Own end to end delivery including functional design, development coordination, testing, implementation, and user support
- Identify business and system risks and propose mitigation strategies with clear business impact analysis
- Lead and mentor Business Analysts and support delivery across distributed teams and time zones
Requirements
- 8 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong Fixed Income and Derivatives domain expertise
- Hands on capital markets and quantitative knowledge (not limited to BRD documentation, JIRA, QA, or coordination)
- Strong understanding of front to back trade lifecycle: deal capture, downstream processing, P&L, risk management, accounting, and settlements
- Ability to manually calculate P&L and explain risk concepts
- Working knowledge of Fixed Income, FX, and Money Market products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced 8 12 years of Business Analyst with strong Fixed Income and Derivatives domain expertise to support trade processing, risk management and front to back trading systems.
- The role requires a blend of business analysis, quantitative skills and stakeholder management, with responsibility for delivering medium to large scale initiatives in a global banking environment.

- Strong analytical and quantitative mindset with comfort in number driven analysis.
- Working knowledge of Fixed Income, FX and Money Market products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non technical teams including remote colleagues.
