- Analyze website traffic, lead generation, user behavior, conversions, and revenue trends
- Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable business recommendations
- Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion funnels
- Support testing and performance analysis to improve business outcomes
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel plans, and confidential communications
- Coordinate events, prepare reports and presentations, and support leadership operations
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Growth Analytics, Digital Analytics, or similar roles
- Relevant experience as a Business Analyst and/or Executive Assistant
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and website performance tracking
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, and reporting
- Experience analyzing funnels, user journeys, and conversion metrics
- Strong coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good understanding of UAE local markets, business environment, and industry practices
- Knowledge of local government regulations, compliance requirements, and administrative processes
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with local authorities, business partners, and stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work seamlessly in a multicultural environment
