About the role
Business Analyst role within IT Security and Governance in the Information Technology Operations and Security division.
The role supports business process re-engineering, requirements gathering, IT audit, risk management, IT general controls, user acceptance testing, training, and application support.
The analyst provides project leadership for routine projects and acts as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Type and location
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- The role is based in Toronto with a hybrid work model.
IT audit and compliance
- Gather and test evidence for internal and external audits, document findings, and develop remediation action plans.
- Implement, maintain, and communicate IT general controls policies, procedures, and programs.
- Plan and conduct internal audits of IT systems, applications, and processes and prepare reports and recommendations.
