About the role
Business Analyst role within IT Security and Governance in the Information Technology Operations and Security division.
Supports business process re-engineering, business requirements, IT audit, risk management, IT general controls, user acceptance testing, training, application support, and routine project leadership.
Employment and workplace
- Full-time permanent position.
- Location is Toronto with a hybrid work model.
IT audit and compliance
- Gather evidence from IT operations and business units for internal and external audits, document findings, perform audit tests, and develop remediation plans.
- Implement, maintain, and communicate IT General Controls policies, procedures, and programs.
- Plan and conduct internal audits of IT systems, applications, and processes, and prepare working papers, reports, and recommendations.
Change and access management
- Manage change processes, including CAB meetings, RFC reviews, stakeholder engagement, risk identification, contingency planning, communication, business process alignment, and training.
