Role Overview
Work as a Senior Business Systems Analyst on enterprise initiatives for a leading financial institution.
Support multiple pods and manage initiatives through the full project lifecycle from inception to deployment.
The team follows SAFe Agile, Practice Hub, and governance standards.
Workplace and Schedule
- The role is hybrid, with four days on-site in Toronto and one day working from home.
- The schedule is Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with no travel required.
- The contract duration is 12 months, with potential extension based on business needs and performance.
Compensation
- The pay rate is CAD 50.00 to CAD 60.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, communication, and delivery of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Maintain business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Lead brainstorming and user story refinement sessions.
- Analyze current-state processes and recommend future-state system enhancements.
