Role Overview
The role owns and operates ARIS as a process repository and leads the associated run-the-business service pod.
The position combines enterprise process modeling governance, technical platform administration, operational resilience, and stakeholder leadership.
Core Responsibilities
- Own ARIS availability, performance, user experience, configuration, access controls, licensing, upgrades, and release planning.
- Define ARIS modeling conventions, meta-model governance, naming standards, version control, and repository structure.
- Manage integrations and data flows with reporting, workflow, document repository, and CMDB or service tools.
- Oversee audit trails, evidence capture, retention, and controls aligned with internal policy and regulatory expectations.
- Support ARIS incidents and problems, drive root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Lead the RTB pod, including stability, incident, problem, change, request, and continuous improvement activities.
