We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Business Analyst to serve as a key contributor in our Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
The primary focus of this role will be the continuous improvement of our Product Lifecycle Management System (PLM; Bamboo Rose), supporting new initiatives within the application, integrating new systems, and managing troubleshooting.
The role will also support our core Distribution/Global Logistics applications, with a specific focus on 3PL integrations.
Provide technical and functional expertise to identify, design, and implement optimizations for both the PLM systems, enhancing operational efficiency and data integrity;
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze departmental needs related to supply chain applications and establish effective, scalable system solutions;
Define and execute comprehensive test strategies and scenarios to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation with QA and Business teams;
Own the application portfolio's incident resolution process, providing level 2/3 technical troubleshooting and coordinating with third-party support for the timely and efficient resolution of complex issues;
Contribute to the development of a forward-looking roadmap for PLM systems, ensuring alignment with the overall supply chain business vision.
Key contributor to solution design with regard to our Supply Chain system integrations, to ensure alignment with organizational initiatives;
Analyze and understand the upstream and downstream technical implications of any changes being proposed in order to accurately assess impacts to systems;
