Business Analyst, Sr Level 1

We seek a Technical Business Analyst, Senior-Level (Senior L1/L2) who shares our passion for innovation and change.

This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

Years of experience - 8+ years

BA Expertise: Proven experience writing user stories, PRDs, and technical specifications for software development.

Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector.

Technical Fluency: Basic Understanding of modern Outlook add-in architecture (JavaScript/HTML) and RESTful API integrations (Java backend).

• Systems: Basic functional knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and how content is stored, retrieved, and governed.
