Hands-on experience with market data structures, trading protocols, order lifecycle workflows, and exchange connectivity, preferably gained within trading, market surveillance, market data, or regulatory technology environments.
Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret technical implementations, including data pipelines and system logic.
Solid experience producing structured functional documentation, including data flows, specifications, and process maps.
Experience with Jira and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
Previous experience in a Trade Surveillance or compliance capacity.
