About the Role
Delpath is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive Salesforce expertise for a contract role. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in requirements gathering and integration, deep knowledge of Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, and hands-on configuration skills.

Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Salesforce features and integrations
- Configure and manage Salesforce platforms including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
- Participate in the planning and analysis of system changes and enhancements, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business objectives and system capabilities

- Must have considerable experience working within big 5 banks or equivalent
- Extensive Salesforce Platform Expertise: demonstrated in depth knowledge of Salesforce products including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, with hands on experience in configuration and user management
- 10+ years of requirements Gathering & Integration Experience: proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Salesforce features and integrations
- Platform Configuration Skills: experience in building and configuring out of the box Salesforce functionality
- Hands On Experience with Financial Services Cloud: practical experience in configuring user profiles, page layouts, and other components
- Business Analysis & Planning: active participation in the planning and analysis of system changes and enhancements
