Hiring Alert – Business Analyst \| Onsite Opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an exciting project in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Previous experience in the FinTech industry is mandatory
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and documentation
- Experience in stakeholder management and client coordination
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Fluent Arabic communication is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Coordinate with technical and business teams for project delivery
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend business solutions
- Support testing, UAT, and implementation activities
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and development teams
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.

- Ability to commute/relocate:
