- Gather and document business requirements
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA teams throughout the Agile SDLC
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, defect tracking, and UAT
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and recommend solutions
Requirements
- 12+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Hands on QA experience (Functional Testing, Regression Testing, UAT)
- Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC knowledge
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working on complex, enterprise level software products
- CBAP, PMI PBA, CSM, PSM, CSPO, or ISTQB certification (preferred)
- Experience with SaaS applications and API integrations (preferred)

Job Summary
- Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience and strong QA expertise.
