Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business leaders
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across restaurant operations, sales, marketing, and finance
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives through data driven analysis
- Work with cross functional teams to understand reporting needs and develop meaningful analytics solutions
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency where possible
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and support executive decision making
- Translate complex data into clear, concise presentations and recommendations for both technical and non technical audiences
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and business intelligence capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets
- Experience working with relational databases and multiple data sources
- Analytical mindset with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast paced environment

What We're Looking For

- Salary between CAD 80,000 and CAD 90,000.
