About the Role
Agilus Work Solutions is seeking an IT Business Consultant (BA/PCO) for a 2-year contract with a banking client in Toronto. You will support transformation, automation, and reporting initiatives by converting data into dashboards, tracking projects, and gathering business requirements.

Responsibilities
- Convert raw data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and insights
- Design, develop, and deploy business analytics solutions
- Clean/filter data and review performance indicators
- Track team initiatives and prepare weekly stakeholder updates
- Gather business requirements and conduct independent analysis
- Develop data collection strategies to improve efficiency
- Support onboarding/offboarding and Market Data service requests
- Create documentation for analysis supportability
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
- Facilitate discussions and communicate with stakeholders
- Work independently on complex tasks and unique situations
Requirements
- 2 3 years of Business Analyst & PCO experience
- Advanced Excel + strong MS Office skills
- Experience with MS Planner, MS Project, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to shape data into reporting/analytics solutions
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Ability to work in a fast paced, evolving environment

About the Role
- You will support transformation, automation, reporting, and decision making initiatives across a large, collaborative team (50–60 people).
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data driven insights, project tracking, and building analytics/reporting solutions that drive operational excellence.

- Intermediate/advanced Excel (non negotiable)

- Banking/financial industry experience
- Automation/implementation experience
- Knowledge of AI
- Post secondary degree in a related field
