- Analyze business needs and document requirements
- Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams
- Prepare BA deliverables including Business Requirements, Use Cases, Target Operating Model, Process Mapping, Operational Procedures, Impact Analysis, Implementation Strategy, Traceability Matrix
- Document the securities financing lifecycle, including Fixed Income/Bonds, Securities Lending & Borrowing, Repo/Global Repo Market, Collateral Management, Position Management
- Support solution validation, testing, Agile ceremonies, and process improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets
- Strong experience with Fixed Income and Inventory/Securities Financing
- Knowledge of Repo/Reverse Repo, Securities Lending & Borrowing, Collateral Management, Position & Inventory Management
- Experience across the full trade lifecycle: Trading Platforms, Valuation, Settlement, Accounting, Risk
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be based in Canada
- Bilingual (French & English) is mandatory

Role Summary

Must Have Skills
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets
