Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing processes through on site shop floor observations
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement areas
- Design and recommend solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and operational performance
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business needs and operational challenges
- Present and demonstrate solutions aligned with client requirements
- Support presales activities using insights from process analysis
- Collaborate with clients to gather detailed functional and operational requirements
- Prepare clear and structured documentation for internal teams and client approvals
- Customize solutions based on client needs and shop floor insights
- Develop and deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proposals showcasing value propositions
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with requirements
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to strengthen presales strategies and materials
Requirements
- MBA / Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in the manufacturing industry
- 3 5 years of experience (Only Manufacturing Experience Background can be considered)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Technical proficiency with business analysis tools and software, and a basic understanding of manufacturing technologies and automation solutions

- Client Interaction & Diagnostic Studies: Travel to client sites for process analysis; conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops.
