- Gather requirements from users

- Participate in Agile/SCRUM processes and ceremonies
- Maintain and organize Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks using Azure DevOps
- Document current state and future state business processes
- Develop UAT strategies, test scenarios, and business validation plans
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience gathering requirements from users
- 6+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation
- 4+ years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies
- 3+ years of experience maintaining and organizing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks using Azure DevOps backlog management tools
- Document current state and future state business processes
- Develop UAT strategies, test scenarios, and business validation plans

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience gathering requirements from users

- Experience supporting Product Owners in Agile delivery environments.
- Experience developing UAT plans, scenarios, and business validation strategies.
- Experience documenting complex business program area integrations and data flows.
