The Role

The Network Development Business Analyst supports the Network Development team and helps the department operate smoothly.

The role contributes to the long-term growth of the business and supports dealer network improvement and customer experience objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing projects with innovative ideas for enhanced outcomes.
  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams.
  • Complete project documentation and reports.
  • Collect, manage, and present key data for improvement activities.
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement.
  • Work with other departments to achieve objectives and develop knowledge and skills.
  • Work with dealer partners, European headquarters, and key suppliers.

Network Development Team

The team links Kia UK with approximately 190 franchised dealers.

Its activities include network improvements, encouraging investment, and reviewing dealer operational performance, profitability, and customer experience.

The role works with commercial and operational departments across Kia UK.

About You

  • Studying a relevant degree, such as a business-related subject.
  • Able to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Passionate, hardworking, proactive, and willing to develop knowledge and skills.
  • Demonstrates a positive, collaborative, can-do attitude.
  • Has strong communication, organisation, and attention-to-detail skills.
