Job Overview
We are looking for a **highly analytical, dynamic, and driven professional** to work closely with senior management and **directly report to the Director**.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can **analyze business operations, support decision-making, and drive performance across multiple departments**.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct **business and financial analysis** to support strategic decision-making
- Work closely with the Director on **day-to-day business insights and reporting**
- Analyze **sales performance, costs, and operational data**
- Coordinate with multiple departments including **Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics**
- Monitor and improve **business processes and efficiency**
- Support activities related to **FMCG operations, import/export, and supply chain**
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and actionable insights
- Handle **multiple responsibilities simultaneously** in a high-pressure environment
Requirements
- Strong background in **Finance / Accounting / Business Analytics**
- Experience in **FMCG, trading, or import-export industry preferred**
- Excellent **numerical and analytical skills**
- Advanced knowledge of **MS Excel (mandatory)**
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**
- Ability to work **independently and under pressure**
- Highly **organized, proactive, and result-oriented**
- Willingness to **work flexible hours when required**
- **Immediate joiners preferred**
