Role Overview
The Business Analyst role focuses on Lean Digital Transformation and applying AI and automation to improve Finance processes.
The role works in an innovation-driven environment supporting AI-powered transformation and enterprise business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with Finance teams to identify AI and automation opportunities that improve processes and reduce manual effort.
- Gather business requirements and create process documents and user stories.
- Coordinate with developers and data scientists to build solutions.
- Perform process analysis and user acceptance testing.
- Manage stakeholders and track AI solution effectiveness using KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Maintain documentation and reporting, and support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or a master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
- CBAP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications are listed among the qualifications.
