Role purpose
Perform initial business analysis and create basic process documents in line with defined guidelines.
Support team members in understanding client requirements and early-stage analysis and documentation activities.
Areas of responsibility
- Perform basic data analysis and prepare simple dashboards and reports according to defined guidelines.
- Gather basic information from predefined sources to support identification of alternative third-party products.
- Create draft process notes and workflow documents using predefined formats and templates.
- Assist with updating client requirement logs under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in gathering clarifications and feedback on proposed RFP and RFI solutions.
Mandatory requirements
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM is mandatory.
- The posting specifies 3-5 years of experience.
