Role description
This is a full-time Business Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, or Business Operations Analyst role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role has a hybrid work arrangement with some work-from-home flexibility.
The position supports operational improvements and community-focused programs, donations, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and operational workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the design of efficient and scalable solutions.
- Collect and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
- Prepare reports and dashboards.
- Document requirements and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Support planning and decision-making for programs, donations, and partnerships.
- Communicate findings, participate in meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Possess business operations and business analysis skills.
- Possess strong analytical skills and data analytics capabilities.
- Possess effective communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
- A relevant bachelor's degree in business, economics, data analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Be able to work in a hybrid Abu Dhabi environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Be proficient with productivity and analytics tools, including spreadsheets, presentation software, or data visualization tools.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in reporting and commitment to nonprofit and community-focused work.
