About the Role
Zoho is seeking a Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to provide advisory on requirements implementation, design Zoho implementations with API integrations, and support project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Provide advisory on how requirements can be implemented from a functional standpoint and stimulate process changes
- Design and Develop highly scalable Zoho Implementations with necessary API integrations, HTML, CSS, Deluge
- Deep understanding of various API frameworks, micro services and SDKs
- Experience in development and design in an Agile and DevOps environment, including change and release management
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications
- Support Project Manager/ Delivery Team in delivering the solution to the customer
- Define and plan project milestones, phases and different elements involved in the project
- Contribution and coordination of project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation
- Process Management and Improvement Define and manage a well defined project management process
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or Developer in designing and launching high quality software projects
- Excellent knowledge in ERP, CRM catering to multiple domains preferred
- Experience of the full project cycle, integrating customer scopes into product requirements
- Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced motivational, negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to work successfully in a cross functional, global environment
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities
- Provide advisory on how requirements can be implemented from a functional standpoint and stimulate process changes if efficiencies can be gained.
- Design and Develop highly scalable Zoho Implementations with necessary API integrations, HTML, CSS, Deluge
- Deep understanding of various API frameworks, micro services and SDKs
- Experience in development and design in an Agile and DevOps environment, including change and release management.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements
- An excellent overview of web technologies and popular open source solutions.
- Support Project Manager/ Delivery Team in delivering the solution to the customer
- Define and plan project milestones, phases and different elements involved in the project along with the principal consultant
- Drive and challenge the presumptions of delivery teams on how they will successfully execute their plans.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction through quality deliverable on time
- Contribution and coordination of project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business and system requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
- Working experience in any one of the following domain like Automobiles, Telecom, Retail, BFSI, Aviation, Health Care and Pharma or Manufacturing is a plus
Qualifications
- 3 5 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Developer in designing and launching high quality software projects.
- Excellent knowledge in ERP, CRM catering to multiple domains preferred.
