The Business Analyst, IT acts as a strategic liaison between business units and IT.

Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions across systems and applications.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements or system enhancements.
- Support implementation and optimization of IT systems, including enterprise software solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, user acceptance testing, and training sessions.
- Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to recommend continuous improvements.
