• CAD CAD 70 -CAD 80 per hour
• Must have:
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories for process maps, ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), CMDB, Application Portfolio Management (APM), or Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) modules.
• Strong understanding of attestation, certification, scorecards, compliance, audit, risk management, and governance processes.
• Experience supporting UAT, data validation, and requirements traceability.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Performance Analytics, reporting, dashboards, and platform capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.
