II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned functions, processes, and business systems, providing guidance to team members and internal and external customers.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses that identify trends, capacity, quality, and operational performance, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor workflows, service commitments, data integrity, and work quality to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely delivery.
  • Investigate, track, and resolve operational issues in partnership with internal stakeholders, external customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Assess risks associated with new or modified processes, systems, and business requirements, and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and support process improvement, standardization, and special projects using structured continuous-improvement methods, including Lean Six Sigma where appropriate.
  • Leverage reporting, automation, AI, scripting, and low-code/no-code tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making.
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, workload analysis, performance measurement, and resource utilization.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and process documentation; deliver training and ongoing support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

A. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field; or
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Three (3) years of relevant work experience in business analysis, operations, process improvement, reporting, workforce planning, project support, or related analytical functions.

B. Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Excel (advanced), Power BI, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Power Automate, Copilot, AI tools, scripting, or other automation technologies.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Experience in operational forecasting, capacity planning, workforce management, workload modeling, or predictive analytics.
  • Experience designing, maintaining, or enhancing reporting infrastructure, databases, business intelligence solutions, or data governance practices.
  • Experience developing business process automation solutions and/or AI-enabled workflow improvements.
  • Experience creating training materials, process documentation, and operating procedures.

  • The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $68,600 - $85,500. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
