Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Enterprise Project Delivery department has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst II or III !

As a Business Analyst II or III , you will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying, understanding, and documenting business needs and requirements.
- Preparing, and proposing solutions, including means to integrate and improve information systems and business processes, while translating business requirements to technical specifications.
Range
This is an exempt position.
- Level II: The starting salary is $86,368.28
- Level III: The starting salary is $106,414.36
However, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education And Experience
Level II: An associate degree in business, finance, or technology or related field is required.
Requires three years of experience within business analysis, quality assurance, or project coordination.
Level III: A bachelor’s in business, finance, or technology or related field is required.
Requires five years of experience within business analysis, quality assurance, or project coordination.
Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
Keys to success:
In order to be successful as a Business Analyst II or III you must possess these qualifications:
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in a written format with a diverse group of users, managers, and Senior Managers to foster good relationships with each business unit.
- Ability to organize and prioritize various projects and multi-task work assignments.
- Knowledge of computer language and database systems.
- Ability to work under various levels of supervision.
- Skilled in creating process maps to document current business processes, aiding in the identification of inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies in business processes and implementing effective solutions.
- Skilled in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
