About the Role
KUWAIT STEEL is seeking a Business Analyst I for SAP PP and QM modules to facilitate functional and technical assistance, implement configurations, and support process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Implement required configurations in SAP PP and QM
- Support process improvements and ensure optimal utilization of system capabilities
- Monitor KPIs to track performance and alignment with production and quality objectives
- Develop/support agreed solutions for system changes
- Test system changes to ensure validated state
- Assist in data migration and training activities
- Act as prime point of contact for escalations in PP, QM, and PM areas
- Work with offshore team to manage priorities and deliverables
