Role Overview
This is a hands-on L3 Tester role focused on validating QMS business processes, configurations, integrations, reports, workflows, and controlled releases.
The role supports functional testing, regression testing, defect validation, integration testing, release testing, and production support in a regulated life sciences environment.
QMS Testing and Release Validation
- Analyze requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration documents to prepare test scenarios and cases.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing for Veeva Vault QMS or equivalent systems.
- Validate deviations, CAPA, change control, audits, complaints, quality events, and effectiveness checks.
- Test configured objects, fields, layouts, lifecycles, roles, permissions, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
- Validate data flows, interface outputs, error scenarios, and downstream reporting impacts.
- Log defects with reproduction steps, results, evidence, severity, and business impact.
- Coordinate defect triage, retesting, closure, and release readiness with cross-functional teams.
Agile Collaboration
- Work with Business Analysts, Product Owners, configuration leads, developers, integration teams, validation teams, and business SMEs.
