Your Opportunity
The Advisor, PeopleSoft Business Analyst, supports HR Business Support Services as a liaison between Human Resources, HR Shared Services, and AHS IT.
The role provides functional expertise for PeopleSoft modules, system troubleshooting, business process analysis, and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Define and analyze technical and functional PeopleSoft requirements.
- Develop PeopleSoft queries and reports to meet business requirements.
- Oversee system enhancements and configuration requests from design through implementation.
- Troubleshoot PeopleSoft payroll processing issues and provide configuration support.
- Track project issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies.
- Prepare functional designs, test plans, and user documentation.
- Provide input into system solutions across multiple PeopleSoft modules.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of Business Analyst experience in a PeopleSoft HRMS environment within the last 10 years.
- Strong PeopleSoft business and functional knowledge, including required PeopleSoft 9.2 experience.
- University degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, BA certification, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience with business requirements analysis, impact analysis, solution planning, testing, and implementation readiness.
