Key responsibilities

• Create BRS, SRS, FSD, and prototype documentation.
• Gather and analyze requirements and evaluate business processes.
• Develop and implement solutions while tracking process and IT advancements.
• Document and communicate findings to cross-functional teams and management.
• Work with clients, technicians, and managers to determine and deliver acceptable solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and perform user acceptance testing.
• Update procedures, prioritize initiatives, manage resources, and monitor project deliverables.

Requirements

• Two to four years of business analysis or related experience is required.
• A bachelor's degree and at least two years of business analysis experience are required.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, communication, documentation, planning, organizational, and time management skills are required.
• Advanced technical skills and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook competency are required.
• Experience creating reports, giving presentations, and supporting successful projects is required.
