Genpact is hiring a Business Analyst for its Enterprise Programs team in Hyderabad.
The role focuses on operational process analysis, improvement, performance measurement, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and track process improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and requirements.
- Conduct performance and data analysis to assess process enhancements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence and business growth.
- Maintain process, improvement, and performance metric documentation.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or a master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics, is listed.
- CBAP or CRP certification is listed.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level is required.
Required skills
- Business analysis, change management, compliance risk management, and information security risk management are listed.
