Role Overview
The Business Analyst will support enterprise programs focused on operational improvement and business performance.
The role is part of Genpact's process intelligence and artificial intelligence solutions organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and track process improvement strategies to optimize operations and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and requirements.
- Conduct performance and data analysis to assess process enhancement effectiveness and impact.
- Prepare reports and presentations communicating findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence and business growth.
- Maintain documentation of processes, improvements, and performance metrics.
Education
- A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or a master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics is listed in the qualifications.
Certifications
- Certified Business Analysis Professional certification is listed under certifications.
