- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
- Evaluate project outcomes and ensure alignment with business goals
- Support data analysis and decision making using various tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred
- Experience with process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) preferred
