Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between field sales teams and external IT vendors/software providers
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for system integrations
- Lead end to end systems integration projects, including data mapping and API based integrations
- Design test cases and manage the full UAT process to ensure data accuracy and system reliability
- Conduct hands on user training and drive adoption of field sales applications
- Monitor application performance and usage, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
- Validate and troubleshoot data using SQL/Oracle
- Support the IT team with SAP Business Objects reporting to provide actionable insights for stakeholders
- Manage vendor deliverables and hold third party providers accountable to agreed timelines and quality standards
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst, specifically supporting Sales Operations in FMCG Industry (Van Sales / Pre Sales / Collection / Merchandising)
- Proven track record of managing deliverables with external IT vendors and third party software providers
- Hands on experience designing test cases and running UAT; comfortable with data mapping, API concepts, and verifying data accuracy
- Proficiency in SQL/Oracle for data validation and troubleshooting
- Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across commercial and technical teams
- Highly analytical, detail oriented, and self driven

Overview
- We are seeking a highly analytical, detail oriented, and proactive Business Analyst (BA) – in FMCG industry to join our team.
- In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our commercial field sales teams and our external IT providers, responsible for optimizing, integrating, and supporting our field sales technology ecosystem for an operation of 100+ active users.
- You will oversee the entire systems integration lifecycle — from business requirements gathering and system integration through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and hands on user training — while driving field sales efficiency through diligent monitoring of application adoption and performance.
- In addition, you will support the IT team with the SAP Business Objects reporting tool, delivering actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
