Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements.
- Model and optimize business processes using BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on user needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Align technical requirements with engineering and business stakeholders.
- Monitor product development progress and help mitigate delivery risks.
- Participate in sprint and product planning activities.
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance products and optimize business processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager
- Proven experience in IT projects, enterprise applications, and systems integration
- Experience with business process modeling using BPMN, UML, or similar frameworks
- Strong experience creating and maintaining product documentation including roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, functional requirements, and process documentation
- English proficiency at B2 (Intermediate) or higher
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong prioritization skills with ability to work in fast paced environments and manage ambiguity
- Bachelor's degree (Technical, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus)
