Responsibilities
- Analyze divisional performance, profitability, revenue trends, project costs, and margins
- Prepare MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and management reports for leadership
- Monitor project budgets, billing, cost variances, and operational efficiency
- Support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial performance reviews
- Conduct profitability analysis by project, customer, and business unit
- Track fleet utilization, asset deployment, resource allocation, and workforce productivity
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvement initiatives
- Develop analytical reports and dashboards using MS Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teams to improve business performance
- Provide data driven insights to support strategic planning and management decision making
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
