- A natural interest in data driven storytelling and a desire to work with modern, AI enhanced workflows
- A professional tone with the ability to explain complex ideas simply
- A flexible schedule that allows for a consistent daily overlap with US business hours

The Business analyst track
- Associate (A2): Deliver reliable quality on standard projects, communicate directly with senior members.
- Analyst (A3): Design innovative approaches for complex challenges, build relationships with clients.
- Senior (A4): Serve as a recognized SME, handle intricate challenges, maintain board level relationships.
What you’ll be doing
- Financial Modeling & Analytics: Building 3 Statement models, DCF valuations, scenario based forecasting, M&A analysis, Monte Carlo simulations.
- Go to Market & RevOps: Optimizing sales processes, CRM configurations, and growth planning.
- Process Design & Automation: Mapping workflows and implementing tools like Zapier/Make.
- Data Analytics & Visualizations: Transforming datasets into Tableau/Power BI visualizations and ML powered insights.
- Market Intelligence: Conducting TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, competitive research.
- Narrative & Design: Developing investor ready decks, executive presentations.
- Business Planning & Growth: Developing corporate roadmaps, SWOT analyses, growth frameworks.
- Project Management & Delivery: Planning and executing complex initiatives, managing risk registers and stakeholder alignment.
