About the Role
Calgary Health Foundation is seeking a Business Analyst for Digital Enablement to collaborate across the organization, improve processes, and implement user-friendly solutions. The role focuses on enhancing SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, with future priorities in automation and AI.

Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to understand workflows, identify challenges, and recommend practical, scalable process improvements
- Gather requirements and facilitate internal and external collaboration to design and implement effective solutions
- Support and enhance the digital workplace, improving information management, collaboration, and user experience
- Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft 365, automation, and AI (e.g., Copilot, Power Platform) to streamline work and drive innovation
- Support end to end delivery of initiatives, including implementation, training, user guidance, and adoption support
- Continuously gather feedback and refine solutions to improve usability and effectiveness
- Enhance data access, reporting, and visibility, including contributing to simple dashboards and insights
Requirements
- Post secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technology, or digital enablement roles
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a track record of improving workflows and systems
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define needs and deliver practical, value driven solutions
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business outcomes
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Experience supporting digital workplace or collaboration initiatives
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, or equivalent) preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Blackbaud RE/FE NXT) and experience in non profit environments preferred

THE OPPORTUNITY: Business Analyst Digital Enablement
- As Calgary Health Foundation's Business Analyst Digital Enablement, you will collaborate across the organization to understand how work flows, improve processes, and introduce practical, user friendly solutions that make a meaningful impact.
- While an immediate focus includes enhancing our SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams environment, future priorities will be identified through a forward thinking approach to leveraging technology to enable optimization across the organization.
Key accountabilities of the role include
- Partner with teams to understand workflows, identify challenges, and recommend practical, scalable process improvements.
- Gather requirements and facilitation internal and external collaboration to design and implement effective solutions.
- Support and enhance the digital workplace, improving information management, collaboration, and user experience
- Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft 365, automation, and AI (e.g., Copilot, Power Platform) to streamline work and drive innovation.
- Support end to end delivery of initiatives, including implementation, training, user guidance, and adoption support.

Additional qualifications

OTHER INFORMATION
- It is expected that the starting salary for this position will be in the range of CAD 80,000 CAD 95,000, aligned with the successful candidate's experience and skill set.
